Enrollment: As we limit enrollment numbers for each bar exam administration to ensure that you receive our full attention, transfers to subsequent administrations are only allowed within 10 days of the purchase date by emailing admin@californiabartutors.com with your transfer request. This product is non-refundable or otherwise non-transferable.

CBT’s Pass Guarantee provides that if you complete all of the essays and performance tests in the chosen package and you fail the California Bar Exam, you will be allowed to retake the same Passer’s Package for free! If there are new editions of CBT’s materials, you will receive those at no charge. If there are new editions of CBT’s materials, you will receive those at no charge. For those who enroll in the Ultimate Passer’s Package, because it features unlimited grading, you must complete the number of graded essay and performance test assignments in the Platinum Passer’s Package for the Pass Guarantee to apply.

Redemption of Services: This Passer’s Package is valid only for the administration for which it is purchased. Tutoring hours, essay grading, and performance test grading, are not redeemable after the bar exam for which it is purchased has been administered. Unused tutoring hours, essay grading, and performance test grading are forfeit after the bar exam for which it is purchased has been administered. Unused tutoring hours, essay grading, and performance test grading are not refundable or transferable to other bar administrations or other persons.

Payment by Installments: You can pay for this program in three equal installments. There is no fee for this option and we do not charge interest. Payment number one of three is made at the time of enrollment. Payment number two of three is due 30 days after the initial payment is made. You will receive an invoice via email where you can make payment. Payment number three of three is due 30 days after the second payment is due. You will receive an invoice via email where you can make payment. If either the second payment or the third payment is not made within 5 calendar days of the respective due date, all services and all access to materials will be suspended until all overdue payments are received. Services will not be prorated based on the number of payments made. Full or partial refunds will not be given for monies paid or monies owed if a customer elects not to make an installment payment(s).
